Proverbs 21:26 says that “the righteous love to give” and this can be seen through the countless hours of volunteer work dedicated to organizing community programs, through the volunteers who serve in the church and also through those who financially support the church and its initiatives . We believe in the biblical principle of tithing. In Malachi 3:10 (NTLH), the Bible talks about bringing the first 10% (tithe) of your income into the temple (church) deposits. The tithes and offerings received at the Mission Church fund the vision and activities of our church.

our story Roberto soares & marta rubia our pastors Roberto Soares and Marta Rubia have been together for over 35 years working for the kingdom of God. They were missionaries in Santa Catarina and pastors of several churches in the city of São Paulo. In 2007, our pastors received a vision from God to establish a local church that would make a difference. Guided by this vision on September 25th of the same year, in the neighborhood of Guaianases - SP. Our pastors have a missionary vision, work for the liberation of oppressed lives and are true fathers in faith, where they care about the spiritual and social growth of each member who is part of the church.

who is jesus? The questions we like to ask about God are endless: “Is God real?” “Is what we know about Him really true?” And “what does He have to do with my life?” Just to list a few. The Bible may not answer every question about God and will often lead us to ask more, but one of the areas in which the Bible is well defined is the answer to the question: who is Jesus? C.S Lewis, a well-known Christian writer wrote about Jesus: “Either this man was, and is, the Son of God, or else a madman, or something worse. You can shut him up for a fool, you can spit on him and kill him like a demon or you can fall at his feet and call him Lord and God, but don't come with any patronizing nonsense about him being a great human teacher . . He didn't leave this open to us. He didn't intend to. Jesus praises the Apostle Peter's confession as “the Messiah, the Son of the living God” (Matthew 16:16), because Jesus knew that who He is—and could be for us—has the power to change our lives. Jesus is so unique because two worlds collide in him: Heaven and Earth, the Divine and the human. Yes, His Name is the name above all names, and His miracle-breathing, storm-breathing, storm-stimulating power is unmatched. Yet He is also the human Jesus, the personal friend who knows what we are going through and cares about us. This is why the Bible also calls him "Immanuel", God with us. This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son so that no one would need to be destroyed; By believing in Him, anyone can have a full and lasting life. John 3:16 MSG Jesus cares! ​ So, does Jesus care about you? Yes! How do we know this? We often disqualify ourselves from God's love because of our history, our failures and shortcomings. Sin has separated us from God and we can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works. So how can we accept what we don't earn? The Bible says that nothing in all creation can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. And accepting God's love is trusting his patient, forgiving, and gracious attitude toward us. Only He has the power to free us from guilt, shame and condemnation to give us a life of wholeness. All we have to do is go back to him. SAY THIS PRAYER A new beginning... To be healed or to be saved is to submit to God and His plan and purpose for our lives. It is a turning away from our old ways and turning to Jesus, to ask Him for forgiveness of our sins and to give us new life in Him. Romans 10:9 says that “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” Salvation is a free gift from God to us and we become His children. It is an irrevocable acceptance into the family of God and it is an empowerment to live life fully and fully for the purpose of reflecting God to the rest of his creation. WHAT WE BELIEVE We believe that the Bible is the Word of God. Precise, unchanging, inclusive, effective and applicable to our daily lives. We believe in an Eternal God who is the Creator of all things: God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He is completely lovable and completely holy. We believe that sin has separated us from God and His purpose for our lives. ​ We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, as God and man, is the only one who can reconcile us with Himself, as He lived a sinless and exemplary life, died on the cross in our place, rose again to prove His victory and enable us to fulfill our mission on Earth.
